1. What we collect
When you check availability or reserve a spot, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, email address, ZIP code, and business category. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We do not use tracking cookies on this site.
2. How we use it
We use your information to check category availability, send you quotes and availability updates you requested, fulfill your reservation (design, proofs, mailing, and tracking reports), and send service emails about your campaign. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
3. Who processes it for us
We rely on a small set of service providers to run the business: Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for website hosting. Each receives only what it needs to do its job and handles data under its own privacy terms.
4. Retention and your choices
We keep reservation and campaign records for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and legal purposes. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@midtownmailers.com, and we will honor the request unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a record.
5. Changes and contact
